Mazaska, Inc. Successfully Closes Real Estate Transaction with Pennington Title Company

Rapid City, SD – February 16, 2024 – Mazaska, Inc., a prominent financial services provider dedicated to empowering Native American communities, proudly announces the completion of a significant real estate transaction in collaboration with Pennington Title Company. On February 8, 2024, Mazaska, Inc. engaged Pennington Title Company to facilitate the closure of a home purchase for one of their families, marking a pivotal achievement in their mission to support indigenous homeownership.

Tyson Heart, a native of Kyle, SD, shares his journey with Mazaska, Inc. and the recent home purchase:

“My name is Tyson Heart and I grew up in Kyle, SD. After graduating from Little Wound High School, I pursued an Information Technology degree at United Tribes Technical College. Life took a turn when my significant other and I learned we were expecting. I pivoted to pursue a General Construction degree at Oglala Lakota College, graduating in 2013. Mazaska made homeownership possible for us, guiding us through a challenging process. We now reside in Black Hawk, thanks to their unwavering support.”

Recognizing the complexities involved in real estate transactions, Mazaska, Inc. selected Pennington Title Company as the neutral third party to oversee the process. With a reputation for excellence and integrity, Pennington Title Company meticulously managed the transfer of funds and documents to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.

Bonnie LeBeau, a respected Native American real estate agent, provided invaluable guidance to Mazaska, Inc. throughout the transaction, ensuring their family’s interests were represented with expertise. With the diligent efforts of Pennington Title Company and LeBeau’s expertise, Mazaska, Inc. successfully closed the real estate transaction, advancing their commitment to providing sustainable homeownership opportunities for indigenous families.

Stephanie, Director of Lending at Mazaska, Inc., expressed gratitude, stating, “We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of this real estate transaction with Pennington Title Company. At Mazaska, Inc., we remain dedicated to empowering Native American communities through initiatives like homeownership, and we commend Pennington Title Company for their professionalism and expertise throughout this process.”
